THE QUICK START GUIDE TO PERFECT HEALTH

This program goes for 21 days: three weeks. This time period is the widely accepted, and proven, time frame for positively changing habits. There are exercises to complete each day. On some days the exercises will take longer to complete. By allowing yourself the time you need to go through each of them honestly and openly, you will bring your awareness to habits you believe are self-destructive, so you can start to change them.

As you already know, simply by doing something for three weeks will not change how you look at your health. What is required is a ‘life change’ – this is about making those changes a way of life, and by sticking with it for three weeks you will master a number of tools that will allow you to make the changes necessary to begin to create the next best version of you.

So, the best way for us to learn is to begin … and experience.

THREE MENTORING AND ACCOUNTABILITY SESSIONS WITH ME
